ALTAX është organizatë jofitimprurëse e pavarur me bazë në Shqipëri, që funksionon si think tank kërkimor. Misioni i saj është të ofrojë ekspertizë të pavarur, të besueshme dhe të bazuar në evidencë mbi politikat ekonomike, fiskale dhe sociale në Shqipëri dhe Ballkanin Perëndimor.
ALTAX is an independent non-profit organisation based in Albania, operating as a research think tank. Its mission is to provide independent, credible, evidence-based expertise on economic, fiscal and social policies in Albania and the Western Balkans.

Viti 2025 do të mbahet mend si viti kur ALTAX kaloi pragun nga analiza drejt ndikimit real. Nuk e them këtë si retorikë, por e them si vëzhgim i bazuar mbi të dhëna konkrete: rekomandimet tona u adoptuan, metodologjitë tona u cituan, dhe platformat tona u përdorën nga institucionet që dikur i trajtonin think tank-et si zëra periferikë.
The year 2025 will be remembered as the year ALTAX crossed the threshold from analysis to real impact. I say this not as rhetoric, but as an observation grounded in concrete data: our recommendations were adopted, our methodologies were cited, and our platforms were used by institutions that once treated think tanks as peripheral voices.
Viti 2025 ishte edhe viti i POLIFAKT, platforma jonë e monitorimit civil, e cila arriti kulmin e veprimtarisë me monitorimin e 5 partive politike gjatë zgjedhjeve parlamentare të 11 majit 2025. Me 90 raporte dhe 126 analiza, POLIFAKT u bë instrumenti kryesor i llogaridhënies zgjedhore në Shqipëri.
The year 2025 was also the year of POLIFAKT — our civic monitoring platform, which reached the peak of its activity with the monitoring of 5 political parties during the parliamentary elections of 11 May 2025. With 90 reports and 126 analyses, POLIFAKT became the primary instrument of electoral accountability in Albania.
